It can be a very simple process to add your own video to your web site and there are a number of different ways to go about it.

If you are using open source video from a web site such as You Tube (as I do here),

a video can be embedded in your page to display directly from the original site.

As an alternative, a link with appropriate text can direct them to the video.

If you have your own video to display on your site, it is quite simple to upload it to the open source site and then post it to your web site. This can have the added advantage of drawing video-watchers to your web site information if the content is in their interest, and has no or nearly no cost to do this.

For a more professional appearance, your own video can be formatted and embedded to be used directly on your site.

Have fun with Super Owl’s contribution of web videos.

And if you have an idea to share with her for a good video to put on this site, send us an email to P_H_Devlin@hotmail.com.
